VIP Club Details and Terms & Conditions:
The Jackpot Capital VIP Club is divided into four groups/levels: Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum
To qualify is simple, start playing now!
Entry level group – VIP Silver – can be attained, as soon as you have accumulated 1,500 VIP points, within any 90 day period.
According to the VIP points accumulated, you may qualify for one of our four different VIP groups:
- Silver group: 1,500 VIP points within 90 days
- Gold group: 5,000 VIP points within 90 days
- Diamond group: 12,500 VIP points within 90 days
- Platinum group: 30,000 VIP points within 90 days
Collecting points for your VIP status:
VIP points are automatically credited to your VIP account for every bet you place in the Casino - $10 wagered = 1 VIP point. Additionally, you receive 5 points for every $1 deposited, and 1,000 VIP points will be deducted for every withdrawal.
VIP points accumulate during any 90 day period and as soon as you reach the minimum of 1,500 points during any single 90 day period, you will automatically gain access to the Silver group and enter our VIP Club.
The 90 day period is a sliding time frame and the overall number of collected VIP points is constantly being recalculated. Once you reach a new VIP level, your status will be protected for 30 days. During this 30 day period, you will maintain the achieved VIP level even if you haven’t accumulated enough points; therefore won’t be lowered to another group.
However, this will only affect the saved data for the VIP Club and not your comp points shown on your player account – which can be redeemed by you at any time.
VIP Bonuses:
Jackpot Capital offers you an exclusive non-deposit bonus plus an exclusive deposit bonus when you enter any of the groups in our VIP Club. Please note that these bonuses can only be used by customers who are part of the group and are redeemable/offered only once e.g. if your status drops down from Diamond to Gold, because you have not collected enough comp points over 90 days, you will not qualify for the bonuses (neither the non-deposit nor deposit) for the Gold group again, nor the bonuses for the Diamond group if you reach it again.
As soon as you enter a group you will receive an e-mail including the exclusive coupon codes offered to you. (Please make sure that your e-mail address stated in your account details is correct, otherwise we cannot contact you with your exclusive VIP offers.)
These coupon codes can only be used once. Go to “Cashier” in the Jackpot Capital casino software, select “Redeem Coupon” and enter the Coupon code BEFORE you make your deposit. Only one bonus per coupon code, account, computer and/or household is given. The maximum bonus amount per coupon code depends on the VIP group you are in, the minimum deposit amount US$20.
All VIP bonuses require a play through of 30 times, unless otherwise stated (in case of the deposit bonus 30 times the sum of the deposit and the bonus). The following games count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements for all bonuses (deposit and non-deposit): 7 Stud Poker, Bonus Bingo, European Slot Poker, Keno, Pai Gow Poker, Scratch Cards, all Slots, and Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker.
